We require 7 days notice for any cancellation.

Upon cancellation there will be no refunds for any fees paid.

In busy periods such as the Sunderland Airshow, Great North Run and other Special events payment will be taken in full 4-6 weeks in advance and in non-refundable. You will be informed of this at time of booking.

We have special rates for large parties and stays of 5 nights or more.

Travel cots are also available to use £5 per Night.
